How radical Is Michael Moore? Here's a revealing exchange about his desire to kill off private healthcare:

Time: So you think Washington could handle a program this big?

Moore: Ask anyone on Social Security if their check comes on time every month. Like clockwork. And it comes through the so-called dilapidated U.S. mail. My dad's check literally will come on the same day every month. The government has been quite good and efficient at creating a number of systems.

So running one fifth of the economy is as easy as expediting transfer payments? What Moore supports is the abolition of all private health insurance:

What I'm suggesting is the elimination of private health insurance, which is a much bigger thing. I don't know any politicians who are going to take that stand, which is too bad. I don't know many liberals who can take that stand. They want to reform the system and put Band-Aids on the system. The system needs to be scrapped and we need to invent something here that will benefit all Americans.

How do you "eliminate" the right of insurance companies to offer policies to people who want private healthcare? A good question. Moore's model is Castro's Cuba.

Excerpt: Pretty damn sick, especially when you consider who he looks up to. I haven't decided whether I will go see Moore's sure-to-be-screed about the American health care system. On the one hand, I don't want him, or anyone he does
