The Obama Doctrine? [Jamie]

Do Barack Obama's views on the ongoing genocide in Darfur, American withdrawal from Iraq, and humanitarian intervention in general comprise a presidential doctrine along the lines those espoused by every president since Harry Truman? That's what I propose in today's Providence Journal.
