The Substance Question
Compared with McCain, Obama is a wonk's wonk. Matt:
Strolling through John McCain's policy proposals is a fascinating
experience . . . lurking behind every link is a nearly-astounding level
of vacuity.
Of course, I don't think that's such a bad thing. I've never believed that the presidency is about mastering policy minutiae.
