There's a bipartisan consensus on removing the anachronistic Helms era ban on HIV-positive visitors, tourists and immigrants - but other issues are stalling the bill. Anything you can do to help would be awesome it would enable me, among many others, to stay in the US after next March. Perhaps the best thing is to email Harry Reid or Tom Coburn. Background here.
