The Imperial President, You Know, Clinton
Gene Healy dug up an old CATO article by John Yoo on Clinton's "imperial presidency." Money quote:
On a series of international relations matter, such as war, international institutions, and treaties, President Clinton has accelerated disturbing trends in foreign policy that undermine notions of democratic accountability and respect for the rule of law.
