Black Uprising

Democrats are on the verge of winning a Senate seat in Mississippi, which hasn't elected a nonincumbent Dem senator since 1947 and which Bush won by 20% in 2004. The key is the state's 36% black population (the highest in the nation), which Obama is sure to fire up.
