How to
describe Cheney with a movie character? Palpatine, definitely. I keep thinking of the scene at the beginning of Star Wars-Episode One where the trade federation minion asks βIs that legal?β and Palpatine sneers back at him: βI will MAKE it legal!β Sound familiar?
