The US And Climate Change

I don't know about you but I am somewhat amazed and impressed after the last eight years that an American secretary of state could actually issue a statement like this:

"We know that short-lived carbon forcers like methane, black carbon and tropospheric ozone contribute significantly to the warming of the Arctic. And because they are short-lived, they also give us an opportunity to make rapid progress if we work to limit them."

Yeah: tropospheric ozone. Who knew?
