The man acts as a kind of distillation of far right rigidity. He will target others mercilessly if they dare criticize his hackish Hannityesque legal screeds. And if anyone dares imply that a member of Bush's torture-authorizing OLC, who refuses to say what his position on waterboarding, could be, you know, in favor of torture, he goes ape-shit.
