Italy last week told NATO that its land bases could be used for enforcement of a no-fly zone.
What an immense coup it would be for Qaddafi to survive a war launched from the lands of Libya's old colonizer. Could we give him a greater propaganda triumph? Or are we in this to win it? And then what?
